The federal government today announced it’s plan for dealing with climate change.
“This has become one of the biggest issues of today,” said environment minister, Greg Hunt. “That is why we as a government have sat down and discussed the best way to deal with it.”
“They really put a huge effort in,” said one government insider. “The cabinet locked itself away for nearly two weeks in an effort to come up with the best strategy to deal with climate change, and to be honest I think they may have worked it out.”
Minister Hunt revealed the strategy today at a press conference. “From now on,” he said, “we will be dealing with climate change in the best way this government can. Now whenever the subject of Climate Change comes up we will be placing our hands over our ears and repeat, ‘La la la, I’m not listening’. We really think this is the best way for us to proceed”.
